I instantly hit if off with Naomi when she first came to our office for a consultation. We were joking and laughing the whole time and I could instantly tell this would be a FUN wedding! I didn't meet her fiancé Jeff until the rehearsal and it was clear that he loves Naomi to death.
One of the most touching moments was when I gave Naomi her bouquet in the brides room, right before the ceremony. Naomi had a pendant made with her mothers picture to go on her bouquet (made by the talented Rubina at
Whisper Jewels). When she saw it she couldn't hold back the tears as the bouquet and pendant were just so beautiful. The reminder that her mother was there in spirit was amazing.
The couples 'first look' on the beach was priceless. We watched from afar as Jeff saw Naomi in her white dress for the first time. Emotions ran high and we too had tears in our eyes! It was such a beautiful moment and the photos capture it perfectly.
The bride and groom walked down the aisle together, which we loved, and the ceremony was very sweet. Darian from
Young, Hip & Married officiated and it was a ceremony of love & laughter! The weather was touch and go, but cleared up just in time for the ceremony to begin. We had our white umbrellas ready just in case (I swear when we have them ready it never rains! *knock on wood*) Guests were then escorted into the tent to begin lunch & speeches. There was a great variety of speeches... some tear jerkers & others hilarious, so it kept everyone interested.
After lunch the bride wanted to get all of the females at the wedding in a group photo. We gathered all of the ladies to the stairs and Randal got everyone setup. Right before the photo, Naomi yells "Wait! We are missing someone! Candice, can you please pass me my bouquet?" It was just so sweet.
I really enjoyed working with Naomi and Jeff! I wish them a lifetime of happiness full of the love and laugher that they shared on this special day!
